I want to thank everyone who completed the survey that I emailed to this list a few weeks ago. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Based on your responses, we've made a plan. We will have an afternoon workshop and an evening set dance ceili on June 9th. Please see the details below. Hope to see you all there!

SET DANCE WORKSHOP

SET DANCE CEILI
Date: June 9th
Time: 7pm-10pm
Cost: $10/$7 for workshop attendees

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Irish Set and Step class. Basics to Battering. Tim will start the class with the basics steps and moves of a traditional Irish set dance and slowly build the class up to learning percussive footwork for that dance (i.e., battering) by the end. This class is designed for both folks new to Irish set dancing as well as experienced set dancers. There is something for everyone and they are a lot of fun.
